Responsible for conducting African and American nongovernmental education and exchange projects.

Major programs:

◆ Implementing educational projects in the governmental education agreements
◆ Leadership Training Programs for senior administrators from primary, secondary schools and institutions of higher learning (in Canada and the USA)
◆ Collaboration between Chinese technical & vocational education institutions and Canadian community colleges
◆ English language teaching and professional training at home and abroad for the English language teachers in the Chinese middle schools and colleges
◆ AFS Intercultural Exchanges (for senior high school students and secondary school English teachers)
◆ International Inter-culture Summer & Winter Camps for both Chinese and international middle school students
